BMB Bites app for iPhone and iPad

Once the user has downloaded the application they will need to “Request Access” in order
to be able to login to the application. When they click on “Request Access” the user will be
asked to enter their first name, last name and email address as well as agree to our terms
and conditions and privacy policy.
The user will then submit their request and we will receive their request. If the user
who has requested access to the application is a current member of Body MBrace (Bedford),
they will be granted access. If they are not, their access will be denied.
If the user is granted access, they will then receive a confirmation email with their
password and they will then be able to login to the application. The user will be set up on a
monthly direct debit of $14.95 using their current direct debit details that Body MBrace
(Bedford) already has of theirs from their current memberhip. All Body MBrace (Bedford)
are made aware when signing Body MBrace (Bedford) term and conditions that this is the
cost of the subscription. These terms and conditions are also available in the terms and
conditions in the application. The user is able to cancel their subscription at any time by
sending an email to [email protected]. This is indicated to them in their access
confirmation email. Once the user ‘unsubscribes’, their direct debit and their access to BMB
Bites will be terminated.
